Does wholegrain labelling always mean healthy?

An American study says that food with a whole grain label may not always be healthy. This is because the food may also be high in sugar and calories. In this country with DOH 5 a day labelling food cannot carry their logo if the food is over a specific level of sugar, fat or salt. This does not apply with wholegrain claims
